Returns & Exchanges
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after order receipt date and we will either exchange your item/s or refund your purchase in full using the original payment method.
Please give us your reason for the return and what your preferred remedy is.
The item/s must be in original condition please; Unworn, with tags attached and packaging in good condition.
If you do need to try them on; Please do so over a pair of tights!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please package the item/s securely including the packing slip and receipt
and post to Thunderpants UK, 3 Waen Rd, Glanwydden, Llanfairfechan, LL31 9JW
Please do not send your purchase back to the Thunderpants NZ
Please note: We will only refund the postage costs if the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Extended Christmas returns period
Items purchased after 1st November benefit from an extended returns policy and can be returned up to 14 days after Christmas Day. They should be received by us no later than 8th January 2016.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 3 Waen Rd, Glanwydden Llandudno Junction GB LL31 9JW.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
